Cava Cava!
Cava is a Catalan institution and is equally enjoyable with tapas, before a good dinner or in dedicated Cava bars where Cava, and plenty of it, is the main event.
The Cava Evening
We organise regular Cava evenings visiting some of these wonderful bars, squeezing for space into these very popular cultural fizzy refuges and sampling their Cava and some delicious tapas. Starting early in the evening around 5 or 6, usually on Thursday or Fridays, we take a small group to two of the most famous Champagnarias to literally soak up some cava and some fantastic and typically Catalan atmosphere.
