Aidan is from Ireland and travelled extensively while teaching English in South America before obtaining his MBA from Trinity College in Dublin. A resident of Barcelona, he has been working in management education at a number of business schools. Aidan is a committed member of the TiB management team and looks forward to helping others make the transition to living in Spain.

Melinda is originally from Boston, United States and has a degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University. Melinda also has her TEFL certification and has been through the process of learning and teaching in Barcelona so she is very enthusiastic about helping others through this process.

Volker hails from Austria and has been living in Spain for ten years now. He has a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Interface Design by Elisava Design School Barcelona. Currently he holds the position of Interactive Department Director at Advertis Global S.L and is excited to work as the Creative Director of TiB.
